HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN ESTIMATE?
Most estimates  can be provided immediately through our Instant Quote process.  For projects that require grout or tile repair, this would require an in-person assessment, which can be scheduled by simply clicking here to visit our contact us page where you can submit an inquiry form or feel free to phone us at (571) 374-3643.

HOW MUCH DOES AN ESTIMATE COST?
The Grout Genie provides absolutely free, no obligation estimates to ALL Northern Virginia customers.

HOW LONG DOES AN ESTIMATE TAKE?
In most cases, our estimates take approximately 10-15 minutes depending on the number and size of areas being inspected.  For larger scale projects or a more in depth diagnosis appointments can be longer.

ONCE DECIDED HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SCHEDULE THE WORK?
We do our best to accommodate our customers as quickly as possible.  We are always upfront about our current project timelines.

DO YOU REQUIRE DEPOSITS?
Deposits may be required for larger-scale projects.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IN PREPARATION FOR MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT?
Prior to our technicians arriving please ensure that any small personal items are removed from the area(s) that is/are being worked on.  We also ask that any linens, rugs, or furnishings be removed from that area as well.  

Vacuum or sweep any floors that we will be working on to remove any dust, pet hair, dirt, food, etc.  If possible, please remove all items from the floor space, including any closet floors where the technicians may be cleaning/sealing the floors.

If our technicians are working on a shower or bath tub area, please remove all toiletries and personal items from those areas.

If we are ONLY caulking or grouting a shower/tub area, please refrain from using that area for 24 hours prior to commencement of work.  The area must be dry for the grout or caulk to adhere.


WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT?
Cancellations must be 48 hours prior to job commencement of a $250 cancellation / rescheduling fee will be charged unless otherwise agreed upon.  Customers have 3 business days from the date of contract to cancel work and receive a full refund of any deposits.

WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DOES THE GROUT GENIE ACCEPT?
Payments are required immediately upon completion and in some instances deposits are required   prior to job commencement.  The Grout Genie accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and CHECK.
