What We Do

3 STEP CLEANING PROCESS:
While some companies only clean the grout lines of your tiled area, our highly trained, skilled technicians  deep clean BOTH the tile and grout utilizing our 3 step tile and grout cleaning process.

STEP 1:  We start by applying a cleaning agent specific for your type of tile and grout. This cleaner aids in breaking up the dirt, mold, mildew and other build up that is discoloring your tile and grout.  Using a gentle, high speed buffer we agitate the area to extract the bulk of the dirt and grime from your hard surface.

STEP 2:  We then hand scrub the tighter, hard to reach areas and do a fine detail clean.

STEP 3:  As an added attempt at trying to remove any remaining set in stains, we use a steam cleaner to penetrate deeper into the grout and bring the stain up to the surface for removal and sanitize.  The finished result is a brighter, fresher, cleaner hard surface.

Benefits of Cleaning Your Tile and Grout
There are so many benefits to professionally cleaning your tile and grout, however, there are two things that should be noted.  Some extremely stubborn stains may not come out.  This could be from simply just the type of stain that it is, the fact that the stain has been there for an extended period of time, or because the grout had never been sealed during its original installation and has set permanently.  Our techs will do their best to get any and all stains out, but please remember there is always a chance that a stubborn stain will simply not come up.
